Baudelaire sends a manuscript for editing

Influential French writer (1821–1867) best known for his highly imaginative and experimental verse, including the seminal 1857 collection Les Fleurs du Mal. ALS in French, signed “C. B.,” one page, 5 x 8.25, no date. Handwritten letter to a friend, sending his manuscript with a request to correct it and then send it to the publisher Lecrivain. In fine condition, with tiny pin holes to the lower left edge.
