Hershan of New York, in full: "I have on many occasions and in my writings paid tribute to Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, for her devotion and dedication to the solution of the many problems that afflict human beings throughout the world. I have, as you know, officially proclaimed her the 'First Lady of the World.'" Matted and framed with a portrait of the two together to an overall size of 23 x 16. In very good to fine condition, with staining to the top blank area.
