Popular Swedish painter and illustrator (1853–1919) and a representative of the Arts and Crafts movement who is principally known for his watercolors of idyllic family life. ALS in French from Carl Larsson, three pages on two adjoining sheets, 5.5 x 8.25, March 31, 1892. Handwritten letter from the beloved Swedish painter. Impressively double-matted and framed with several printed images of Larsson’s artworks to an overall size of 32.5 x 33.5; window to frame backing reveals the first page of the letter. In fine condition.
