Fountain pen signature, "John Kennedy,” on an off-white 4.5 x 2.75 slip clipped from the close of a letter to Prime Minister Cyrille Adoula of the Republic of the Congo. Ornately archivally double-matted and framed with a color photograph of JFK giving a speech in front of Independence Hall to an overall size of 21 x 25. In very fine condition.
