Two commemorative covers individually signed in ballpoint by Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev. The Reagan cover bears a cachet honoring the 50th anniversary of the Brea Lions Club, and the Gorbachev cover bears a color cachet honoring the two-man Russian crew of the Apollo-Soyuz mission. In overall fine condition, with a paperclip impression to the right edge of the Reagan cover.
