ALS as president, signed “Ron,” written on both sides of a 6.5 x 4 engraved White House stationery card, no date but annotated February 11, 1988. Handwritten letter, in part: "Thank you for your nice letter, kind words & prayers. You added to my happy 38th anniversary of my 39th birthday. It turned out to be a happy time of many surprises including a lunch for about 80 people—where Marvin M.'s rousing march was played. I hadn't a hint of what was happening until Nancy opened the door." In very fine condition.
