Fantastic original costume sketch for Sophia Loren in the 1958 romantic comedy Houseboat, accomplished in graphite and watercolor on a 14 x 16 sheet of sketch paper. The wonderful full-length drawing shows Loren in a classy black-and-gold dress, and is signed in the upper right in pencil by the designer, "Sophia #5, option fine, E.H." Also signed in the lower left in silver ink by the actress, "Sophia Loren." In fine condition.
