Apollo 16 'Type 1' insurance cover with a cachet of the mission insignia and two sets of astronaut wings, postmarked at Kennedy Space Center on the launch date of April 16, 1972, signed in blue felt tip by John Young, Charlie Duke, and Ken Mattingly. Also signed on the reverse in blue felt tip, "From my personal collection, Charlie Duke." In very fine condition.
