Lovely color satin-finish 7 x 9.75 half-length photo of Rosalynn Carter posing in the White House in front of a pastoral painting and a large flower arrangement, affixed to its original 11 x 14 cardstock mount, which is signed and inscribed in ink "For Freddie Pagayoya – Best wishes, Rosalynn Carter.” In very fine condition. The recipient, Fred Pagayoya, worked on the Special Support Staff in the White House during the Johnson, Nixon, and Ford administrations.
