Two production hand-painted 12-field color model cels for limited edition Popeye cels released by Myron Waldman. The first cel, entitled ‘Dancing on the Beach,’ which is placed on a matching color 13.25 x 11 lithograph, shows Popeye playing a ukulele for Olive Oyl while Bluto watches angrily from nearby bushes, with character images ranging in size from 1.5 x 1 (Bluto) and 3.5 x 7.25 (Olive Oyl); and the second, entitled ‘To Me Sweet Patootie,” shows an enamored Olive Oyl admiring a picture of Popeye, a table with four sheets of sketches, and a daydream cloud above containing a heart struck with an anchor, with overall dimensions of 12.5 x 10.5. The lower left of ‘Patootie’ bears a 1991 King Features seal, and the bottom is annotated in black felt tip. In overall fine condition.
