Unusual partly-printed DS as president, one page, 8 x 9.5, June 29, 1885. President Cleveland informs U.S. Attorney Gerry W. Hazelton of his suspension, in part: "You are hereby suspended from the Office of Attorney of the United States for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in accordance with the terms of Section 1768, Revised Statutes of the United States." In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges and scattered small stains.
