Sought-after signature of the steamboat innovator

American inventor, engineer, and entrepreneur (1765–1815) best known for designing the first commercially successful steamboat. His other endeavors included a commission from Napoleon that resulted in the first practical submarine, the Nautilus. Bold and neat ink signature, "Robert Fulton,” on an off-white 3 x .75 clipped slip. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
