Description

Glossy 10 x 8 photo of the transistor pioneers together at Bell Labs in 1947, signed in black ballpoint by Walter Brattain and John Bardeen, and in black felt tip by William Shockley. The three were awarded the 1956 Nobel Prize in Physics for 'researches on semiconductors and their discovery of the transistor effect.' In very fine condition.
