Description

Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 16 x 9.75, November 13, 1822. President Monroe grants to Jacob Cutler of Indiana a tract of land "containing eighty Acres." Neatly signed at the conclusion in ink by President James Monroe, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office John McLean. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with all of the handwritten portions, including the signatures, light but legible.
