Partly-printed DS, signed "Madonna Ciccone" and "Warren Beatty" (the latter struck through), one page, 4.75 x 3.25, January 19, 1990. American Express credit card receipt from Restaurant Muse in Los Angeles, in the amount of $144.62, signed across the bottom in blue ballpoint by Madonna; also signed above by Warren Beatty, with his signature struck through. In fine condition.
The consignor, who worked at the restaurant, relates: "When Madonna and Warren Beatty were dating, she came to dinner with her father and a couple of others. Mr. Beatty joined the table. When the bill came, she put her card out, but when it was returned he signed it. She crossed it out and signed her own name."
