DS in Italian, signed “Mussolini,” one page, 9.5 x 14.5, August 10, 1933. A formal report King Vittorio Emanuele III, in part (translated): "The reserve Second Lieutenant of Artillery, Perroni Alberto, was precautionarily suspended from his rank by Royal Decree on June 9, 1930, due to being subject to a criminal proceeding on charges of fraud. Following the judicial process, Perroni was acquitted of the charge against him, as the act in question did not constitute a crime. The court ruling clearly establishes that the officer was completely cleared of the serious charge and further determined that nothing could be attributed to him from a moral standpoint. In light of this, I have determined to conclude the disciplinary proceedings without any further action. I therefore have the honor to submit for Your Majesty’s August sanction the attached decree draft, which provides for Perroni’s reinstatement in his rank, in accordance with Article 79 of the implementing regulations for the law governing the status of officers." In fine condition.
