Manuscript DS in Italian, signed “Mussolini" and "Vittorio Emanuele,” four pages on two adjoining sheets, 9.75 x 14.5, March 18, 1928. Document appointing a long list of graduates as medical officers, in part: "On the proposal of the Head of Government, Prime Minister and Secretary of State, and the Minister and Secretary of State for War, We have decreed and do decree: The following medical applicants, graduates in medicine and surgery, are appointed as assistant medical officers with seniority from January 1, 1924, and with the right of future seniority accrual, in application of Article 1 of the Royal Decree-Law of June 8, 1924, No. 1216." Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III. In fine condition.
