Consent of partners document, which reads, in part: “The undersigned, being all of the partners of that certain Canadian partnership known under the fictitious names ‘YES’ and ‘AFFIRMATIVE MUSIC’ do hereby consent to and approve the songwriter shares with respect to those certain musical compositions recorded by the musical group "YES" and embodied in the long-playing phonograph record entitled ‘90125.’” Signed below in ink and ballpoint by Chris Squire, Alan White, Trevor Rabin, and Tony Kaye; a representative of Jon Anderson has signed on his behalf.
