Bracket-bound official "Apollo 14, LM-8, Revision A, LM Lunar Surface Checklist" prepared by EVA Procedures Section, Flight Crew Support Division at the Manned Spacecraft Center, 9 x 11.5, November 16, 1970, with the front binder cover stamped, "Provenance: The Edgar D. Mitchell Space Collection," and signed along the bottom edge in thick black felt tip, "Edgar D. Mitchell"; also marked "Scott" in the upper right corner. Additionally signed on the title page in blue ballpoint, "Edgar Mitchell." The checklist provides a timeline for Apollo 14's lunar surface activities, beginning with "Touchdown" at 108:54 MET, substantial details about EVA activities, small diagrams of the lunar terrain to be explored, and some contingency plans. In fine condition, with edge toning to the binder and a bit of foxing to the title sheet.
Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Karlyn Mitchell, the daughter of Edgar Mitchell.
