Partly-printed DS, signed “Spiro T. Agnew,” one page, 14 x 17, April 25, 1967. As governor of Maryland, Agnew names J. Edward Walter as "a member of the Dorchester County Board of Education for a term of six years." Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Spiro T. Agnew and countersigned by Secretary of State Charles Stanley Blair. The gold foil seal and ribbons affixed at the lower left remain intact. In fine condition, with a small rust stain to the top edge.
