Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1730–1779). ADS, signed “G. Ross,” one page, 7.5 x 12.5, January 1750. Handwritten legal document in Cumberland County, beginning: "William M:Kenney late of Cumberland County Yeom. was summoned to answer David Magaw & Company of a plea that he render to him Nine pounds Five shillings and Eleven pence lawfull money of Pennsylvania." Neatly signed at the conclusion in ink by George Ross. In very good to fine condition, with toning and splitting to the intersecting folds.
