Vintage ballpoint signature, "Keith Richard, x,” on a folded off-white 3.25 x 5 napkin from Hennessey’s Tavern in California; the inscription is in another hand. In fine condition, with scattered small stains. Accompanied by a mailing list card from The Jacknives, the reverse of which is filled out in a hand pretending to be Richards.
