Description

Invitation to the Dallas Trade Mart Luncheon scheduled for November 22, 1963, the destination of President Kennedy's motorcade at the time of his assassination, 7 x 9.75, stamped on the reverse with the number "2173," issued by the Dallas Citizens Council, the Dallas Assembly, and the Science Research Center. The reverse is signed by a total of 17 uncommon figures associated with President John F. Kennedy's life and legacy, including: Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, Mamie Doud Eisenhower, Robert S. McNamara, John W. McCormack, Byron White, Dean Rusk, Jean Kennedy Smith, James E. Webb, Joan Kennedy, Janet Travell, Sargent Shriver, Kenneth O’Donnell, Henry Cabot Lodge, Jr., John A. Gronouski, John J. McCloy, Ben A. Smith, and Willard Wirtz. The front also bears postmarks commemorating the anniversary dates of Kennedy's birth (May 29) and death (November 22), and the first anniversary of the shooting and death of Robert F. Kennedy (June 5, 1969). In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA. A diverse array of signatures from those closest to President Kennedy.
