Partly-printed DS, signed “George RI,” one page both sides, 8.25 x 13, February 23, 1938. King George VI grants a pardon to George Loveday, "convicted of failing to allow a pedestrian free passage at a pedestrian crossing and ordered to pay a fine of one pound." Prominently signed at the head in ink by King George VI, and countersigned at the conclusion by Home Secretary Samuel Hoare. The embossed navy seal affixed at the head remains intact. In fine condition.
