O'Bannon (Chief Clerk in the Office of the Fourth Auditor of the Treasury) to be Acting Fourth Auditor during the absence of Aaron O. Dayton from the Seat of Government." Neatly signed at the conclusion in ink by President James Buchanan. In fine condition.
