Complete issue of the Niles' Weekly Register from November 17, 1832, 16 pages, 6.25 x 9.75, reporting on the second election of President Andrew Jackson. The first column begins: "The presidential election has so far proceeded as to render the result certain, that 'Andrew Jackson, of Tennessee,' will be re-elected president, and 'Martin Van Buren, of New York,' be elected as vice president of the United States,—if they shall live until the meeting of the electoral colleges in December next. And the majority for both will be large and decided, and must be respected as 'the will of the people.'" In fine condition.
