An official military promotion document, in part (translated): "The following senior officers of the cavalry in A. R.R. are promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel in the same branch and position, with seniority indicated alongside each." Boldly signed at the conclusion in ink by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III. In fine condition, with small binding holes along the left edge.
