The certificate features an image of a moonwalker, with text below: "In recognition of and appreciation for your dedication and commitment to the success of the Apollo Program. The first manned lunar landing on July 20, 1969, was 'a small step for a man, a giant leap for mankind.' You can take great pride in having played a role in this momentous event." In very good condition, with moderately heavy overall foxing/staining, and small creases to the upper corner tips.
