Partly-printed DS, signed “Geo. H. Hartford,” one page, 15.5 x 9, September 27, 1906. Stock certificate for 100 shares of the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company issued to Sarah C. Potts, signed at the conclusion in ink by George Huntington Hartford as the firm's president. The original receipt remains affixed at the left edge. Impressively suede-matted and framed with a portrait and plaque to an overall size of 32 x 21. In fine condition.
