Vintage 7.5 x 10 albumen photo affixed to its original 11.5 x 15.5 mount, signed and inscribed on the mount in ink in French (translated), "To Mr. Parrott—A memento of cordial friendship to the kinds host of Clear Lake, Louis Rothschild, Paris, May 1876.” Handsomely cloth-matted and framed with a plaque to an overall size of 21 x 32.25. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light foxing and staining, and fading to all of the handwriting.
