Stock certificate for 100 shares in the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway Company issued to Jay Gould, signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Jay Gould as president; also endorsed on the reverse by Gould. The receipt remains attached to the left side. Beautifully cloth-matted and framed with a portrait and plaque to an overall size of 35 x 22.5, with a window in the backing for viewing the opposing side. In fine condition, with a cancellation hole touching the signature.
