Charlie Munger, the vice-chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, was Warren Buffett's closest partner and right-hand man, and Buffett credits him as being the 'architect' of modern Berkshire Hathaway's business philosophy. He also served as CEO and Chairman of Wesco from 1984 to 2011. Ted Weschler is the current investment manager at Berkshire Hathaway, and often cited as a potential successor to Warren Buffett.
