Document pertaining to Cooper's Oscar-winning role in High Noon

DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, September 18, 1951. Document by which Cooper informs Bank of America of provisions regarding the dissemination of his film High Noon, in part: "Under my employment agreement with Stanley Kramer Productions, Inc., there are certain restrictions with respect to the right by said company to project the motion picture, 'High Noon' on television. This is to confirm my agreement that if you take title to said motion picture under your mortgage, so far as I am concerned you may project the picture on television two (2) years from the general release of the picture or June 1, 1954, whichever is earlier." Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Gary Cooper, and countersigned by a Bank of America representative. In fine condition. Cooper won the Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his portrayal of Marshal Will Kane in the classic Western movie.
