Document submitted by Keaton to Paramount Pictures, consenting to "use of my picture or caricature in your forthcoming photoplay now entitled Blue Skies, in which my picture or caricature appears substantially as follows: An important set in the picture will be a night club, roughly of the period of 1919. Part of the interior decoration will be two paintings, directly on the wall, made to appear as though they were exterior windows of the place. On the other side of the 'glass' will be caricatures of famous people of the period, so arranged that we appear to be looking at them through the 'windows.'" Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Buster Keaton, and countersigned by an assistant treasurer of Loew's Incorporated. In fine condition. A musical comedy released in 1946, Blue Skies was directed by Stuart Heisler and starred Bing Crosby, Fred Astaire, and Joan Caulfield.
