Handwritten notes by Senator Kennedy on Social Security, federal aid, and defense

Unsigned handwritten notes in ballpoint by Senator John F. Kennedy, two pages, 5 x 8, no date but circa September 1960, pertaining to major legislative issues. One page reads, in full: "Depressed Areas—1956—Floor leaders / Trade Adjustment Association (minority report on Randall Cox) / 2. Defense War Power, Policy for 4 - 53, leader - defense, contracts undefined area." The other reads: "Food Surplus Dist. / Unemployed Compensation 1954 / Coal Research / Social Security—Forand—Disabled before 65/shared for lower than 50 / Fed. Aid to Education / Welfare Grants to state, old age, aid to dependent." In fine condition.
