Description

The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan signed album, with provenance from his business manager

The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan album signed on the front cover in black felt tip. In fine condition. The record is included. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and by a letter of provenance from Jeff Rosen, the president of the Bob Dylan Music Company, which reads: "I represent Bob Dylan and have done so for many years. In 2017 he signed a number of individual albums on a rare and limited basis, including the album photographed here. I can say for certain that it is Bob Dylan's signature. The chain of custody is directly from Bob Dylan to myself."

Dylan's second studio album, Freewheelin' features his songwriting at its finest—among the masterpieces on the album are 'Blowin' in the Wind,' 'A Hard Rain's a-Gonna Fall,' and 'Don't Think Twice, It's All Right.' Rolling Stone ranked The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan as number 97 on its list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. It was also one of the first 50 recordings chosen by the Library of Congress to be preserved in the National Recording Registry as a 'culturally, historically, or aesthetically important' work.
