Munro of New Jersey as "a Foreign Service Officer in of Class four, of the United States of America." Boldly signed at the conclusion in ink by President Calvin Coolidge, and countersigned by Secretary of State Charles Evans Hughes. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. In fine condition, with a crease to the lower right corner.
