You are entitled to reciprocal congratulations on the outcome in Kentucky, which I gladly extend. It was a fine victory, and one of the most gratifying incidents of the campaign's outcome." In very good condition, with trimmed edges, light soiling and edge staining, and several old tape stains to the left edge.
