Document regarding the disciplinary suspension of an artillery lieutenant, in part (translated): "The Examining Magistrate of the Court of Gorizia on the date of March 11, 1935 issued an arrest warrant against the discharged Reserve Artillery Sublieutenant Stefano Corner because he is accused of embezzlement against a company where he was employed." Boldly signed at the conclusion in ink by Mussolini. In very good to fine condition, with short tears, and some minor paper loss, to the edges.
