Partly-printed DS, one page, 9.75 x 6.25, May 16, 1860. Stock certificate for 25 shares in the Baltimore and Ohio Rail-Road Company issued to S. Harris, Jr., signed at the conclusion by Hopkins as the company's president. In very good to fine condition, with areas of ink erosion, and the usual cancellation holes through Hopkins' signature.
