Document headed "Chattel Mortgage of Aircraft," by which Elvis uses his "Grumman G-159" private plane to secure the staggering sum of $924,411.84, to be repaid in 96 monthly installments of $9,629.29. The document details the aircraft's specifications, including Rolls Royce Dart Mark V-29 engines, Collins FD-105 Flight Directors, Wilcox 1014A Transponders, Sperry SP-20 Auto Pilot, and Bendix RA21A/NUA21-C Navs. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Elvis Presley, and also initialed by him in the margin on the front, "E.P." Countersigned by a notary public. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
