In fine condition. The record is included. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks and by a letter of provenance from the original recipient: ‘I was a student at Oxford Polytechnic when on 24th March 1980 Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers recorded a concert for the BBC 'ROCK GOES TO COLLEGE' series. I was fortunate enough to obtain a signed copy of their 'Damn The Torpedoes' album after the concert.”
