Uncommon printed menu for a “Dinner to the Gridiron Club of Washington, D.C.,” held by the Lotos Club on March 10, 1900, 9.25 x 16.5, signed in the lower margin in fountain pen by Theodore Roosevelt as governor of New York. The menu is also signed around the borders by other notable New York figures: Lieutenant Governor Timothy L. Woodruff, New York Sun editor Chester Sanders Lord, Senator Chauncey Depew, and former NYC Mayor William Lafayette Strong. In fine condition, with multiple horizontal folds.
