Vintage matte-finish 3.5 x 5.5 photo of Dimitri Shostakovich smoking a cigarette, signed in ballpoint, with Shostakovich adding a date of June 17, 1964. The reverse bears a Horst E. Schulze stamp. In very good to fine condition, with creasing to the left side, and moderate signature contrast.
