Agreement between Paramount Pictures, Alfred Hitchcock, James Stewart, Patron, Inc., and MCA Artists, regarding the distribution of Rear Window and the disbursement of rights and compensation following the dissolution of Patron, Inc., with MCA receiving 10% interest and both Hitchcock and Stewart receiving 45% interest each. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Hitchcock and in blue ballpoint by Stewart. The first and last pages are matted with two photos to an overall size of 18.5 x 22; the middle three document pages are included. In fine condition.
