World War II-dated royal Christmas card from 1942 with an embossed crown on the front, measuring 11.5 x 7 open, the inside of which features an affixed image of King George VI, his wife, Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, and their two daughters, Elizabeth and Margaret, signed on the adjacent page in fountain pen, “George R. I.” and “+ Elizabeth R.,” with the former adding “1943” below the preprinted sentiment. In very good to fine condition, with slightly irregular light toning.
