Matte-finish 4 x 5 photo affixed to its original 5.75 x 7.5 mount, signed on the mount in felt tip, "With all good wishes, Margaret Thatcher." Framed and in fine condition, with slight fading to the ink, and a surface wrinkle to the signature area on the mount. Affixed to the frame's backing is a note from her bodyguard, Bob Kingston, indicating that Thatcher signed this for the "Met Police Transport Workshop."
