Partly-printed DS, one page, 9.75 x 6.25, June 2, 1858. Stock certificate for 15 shares in the Baltimore and Ohio Rail-Road Company issued to W. Fisher & Son, signed at the conclusion by Hopkins as the company's president. In very good to fine condition, with irregular staining, and cancellation holes affecting the signature.
