Partly-printed DS, signed “William R,” one page, 13.5 x 9.5, April 19, 1831. King William appoints James Boalth as "Lieutenant in Our Thirteenth Regiment of Light Dragoons Commanded by Our Trusty and Wellbeloved General the Hon'ble Henry George Grey." Signed prominently in the upper left corner by the king. Original white and blue paper seals remain affixed below signature. In fine condition, with light soiling along the folds.
