Vintage fountain pen signature, "Wm. Faulkner, Sao Paolo, 12 Aug. 1954,” on an off-white 6 x 4.5 album page, with an unknown signature above. In fine condition. Faulkner went on a state-sponsored trip in 1954 to attend an International Writers' Congress in Sao Paulo, spending six days there; however, he participated very little in the conference, as he reportedly spent most of the trip intoxicated.
